Leadership Transition Announcement

As part of our strategic plan to prepare and launch LandStudies into the future, we are pleased to announce the following key leadership transitions.

Effective January 1, 2025, James “Jimmy” M. Kreider, PCH-SLC, became President, succeeding Kelly Gutshall. Jimmy has been with LandStudies since 2005 and served as Director of Field Operations since 2013. Kelly, along with her husband Mark Gutshall, founded and continue to own the business. Both Kelly and Mark will remain engaged with the business serving as the Board of Directors.

Also effective January 1, 2025, Barbara “Barb” Timmins became Director of Finance and Administration. Barb joined LandStudies in 2008 and has served as the company’s General Manager since 2018.

This transition reflects our commitment to continuing our mission and delivering state of the art services to our clients and community.

Founded in 1989, LandStudies provides ecologically and economically beneficial solutions to its clients’ water-oriented environmental challenges, including floodplain restoration design and construction oversight, master planning, native plant management, and other innovative offerings. It is headquartered in Lititz, PA.
