Marketing & Proposal Coordinator (Lititz, PA)
LandStudies is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to manage our end-to-end proposal creation, marketing campaigns, and lead-tracking systems. Reporting directly to the Design Division Coordinator, this role serves as the central engine during fast-paced RFP bidding cycles – driving team productivity, maintaining schedule milestones, and holding technical contributors accountable to deadlines. Simultaneously, you will oversee LandStudies’ day-to-day marketing presence, manage our CRM pipeline, and coordinate collaborative bidding efforts across parent company offices (WSSI / Davey).
