Pennsylvania MS4s: Elements of a Stormwater Management Program

LandStudies’ MS4 Specialist, Mike LaSala, will be presenting at the Pennsylvania MS4 workshop presented by HalfMoon Education in State College, PA on February 15, 2018. This training will cover understanding stormwater permit requirements and procedures for small MS4s; obtaining general and individual permits for Phase II (small) systems; development and implementation of a stormwater management program (SWMP); elements of a SWMP; and sample programs and goals.
