Employee Spotlight, meet Cory Rathman!
LandStudies is thrilled to welcome our new staff member, Cory Rathman! Cory is a Professional Engineer and Project Manager who will be working on water resources engineering and business development for the company.
Cory’s previous experience includes 20+ years of municipal engineering involving land development, stormwater management, zoning issues, flood studies and various municipal projects. Most recently, he was the Township Engineer for West Earl and West Sadsbury Townships and after 20 years in municipal engineering he is excited to be returning to a focus in water resources engineering.
Cory holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Engineering from Penn State University with an emphasis in hydraulics and hydrology. He is a current board member of the Conservation Foundation of Lancaster County, former Vice Chairman of the Manheim Township Planning Commission and former board member of the Lancaster County Clean Water Consortium.
He lives in Lancaster with his wife Kathy, son Ben (16) and daughter Avery (14) with whom he enjoys spending time travelling, dining at Lancaster’s great restaurants and enjoying the outdoors. Cory’s personal hobbies include cycling, fishing and gardening.
