LandStudies Featured in PA-DE ASLA 75th Anniversary Commemorative Publication

LandStudies, Inc. was recently featured in the Pennsylvania-Delaware Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects’ 75th Anniversary Commemorative Publication.

The PA-DE ASLA Chapter reflected and celebrated its first 75 years by recognizing significant people, places and events that have helped shape the profession of the landscape architecture in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The commemorative publication was produced through the PA-DE 75th Anniversary Task Force that sought contributions from members through an online poll in which they were to elect the most influential people, places and events that have contributed to the Chapter’s history. Additionally, the Task Force also sought institutional knowledge from veteran members to provide a fuller picture of the Chapter’s past. The 75th commemorative publication is a timeline glimpse of the Chapter’s past efforts as it has grown from 1940 onward.

The book will be announced at the 2016 ASLA Annual Meeting and EXPO in New Orleans, and additional copies will be available through the ASLA bookstore, Amazon, and at the Chapter’s Annual Meeting being held on April 21-22, 2017 in Wilmington, Delaware.
