DESCRIPTION:Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professionals (CBLP) will be hosting a Riparian Buffers Workshop for Landscape Professionals on September 18th in Paradise Township. This one-day workshop combines classroom instruction with field exploration of existing buffers\, and hands-on activities. This course is designed specifically for CBLPs\, but is open to all interested professionals. \nThis event is in partnership with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay\, LandStudies\, and Penn State. \n6 CBLP CEUs are available. \nMore information can be found here.

This event supports the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay’s mission to “lead\, inspire\, and support local action and collaborative efforts to restore and protect the Bay and its watershed lands\, streams\, and rivers.” \nThis event will showcase the Alliance’s restoration work for the Bay and will also recognize environmental leadership award winners.
