LandStudies is comprised of a small and talented group of individuals that are passionate about making big impacts in our community, and we are seeking an individual with administrative assistant experience to join our team! This role will provide administrative support to the accounting, human resources, and management staff at our office located in Lititz, PA.

The ideal candidate for this job is a quick learner, resourceful, organized, and has the ability to multi-task. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. There are many daily office needs which this position supports and handles. There may be potential for this to become a full-time position.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including customer invoices, vendor checks, packages, and certified mail.
  • Backup Accounting Clerk with deposit processing.
  • Prepare vendor checks for signing and mailing. File vendor invoices.
  • Maintain Certificate of Insurance (COI) documentation for subcontractors and vendors, including coordination with insurance company.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of equipment reporting and vendor and credit card statements.
  • Assist with monthly Accounts Receivable collection strategies.
  • Coordinate building and equipment maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate company events.
  • Support Accounting, HR, & Administration as needed.
  • RFP (Request for Proposals) Coordination backup.
  • Performs various clerical duties in support of project managers as needed.
  • Assist with managing Vice-President schedule, emails, travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with coordination of conferences, speaking engagements, presentation, and tours as needed.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of business correspondence including rules of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple actions simultaneously with frequent interruptions and critical time constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible, patient, and comfortable with changing priorities.



  • 24-30 hours per week in the office
  • Hours typically between 7am–5pm, rotating Friday schedule
